MoveLeads is operated by Community Labor Partnership, a business registered in the United States ("we", "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MoveLeads website and service. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
The service is intended for licensed moving companies and their authorized representatives. You must provide accurate company and contact information and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your login details secure. We may suspend or close accounts that provide false information or break these Terms.
A lead is a moving inquiry submitted by a consumer. Before purchase you can see limited details such as job size, pickup and drop-off area, move date and job type. Customer contact details are revealed only after purchase.
Each lead currently costs a flat $50 USD regardless of job size. Prices may change; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
Each lead is sold exclusively to one buyer. Once you purchase a lead, it is no longer available to other buyers.
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. By completing checkout you authorize the charge shown. When you start checkout the lead is held for you for a limited time; if payment isn't completed in that time, the lead is released.
All lead purchases are final. Leads are non-refundable once purchased, including where the consumer does not respond, chooses another company, changes their plans, or where the job does not result in a booking.
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information but do not guarantee that any lead will result in business.
You may use a purchased lead's contact information only to contact that consumer about their move. You must not resell, share or publish lead information, and you must comply with all applicable laws, including telemarketing, text messaging and privacy laws (such as the TCPA and CAN-SPAM).
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or lost-profit damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will let you know. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Community Labor Partnership is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to Community Labor Partnership at rui@communitylaborpartnership.com.
